¡Hola familia hermosa! ❤️ Parecía que no, pero llegamos.
Ya habrás leído u oído varias veces que 2025 fue, no sólo un año 9 (2+0+2+5=9) sino que también es el año de la serpiente.
El nueve abarca todos los números, y representa el cierre de ciclos.
Los años de la serpiente se caracterizan por cambios cambios cambios. De piel, de parejas, trabajos, casas, proyectos, países… No hay otra. Soltamos o nos sueltan.
Con esta conjunción sabíamos que este año sería movido, pero creo que nadie predecía su intensidad.
Se cayó de todo. Desapego forzado a todo lo que ya no está alienado para lo que viene.
No sólo se cayeron vínculos, trabajos o casas sino que el cuerpo se manifesto para expulsar los bloqueos energéticos y emocionales almacenados por años, a veces vidas.
Muchas desencarnaciones y sintomatologías (mal llamadas enfermedades).
Los cuerpos también pasan por el proceso de actualización y sutilización y ya no pueden con las pesadas cargas de nuestros conflictos no resueltos, las palabras no dichas, las emociones no expresadas y los vínculos tóxicos.
Para mi personalmente este año ha sido el más desafiante desde que tengo esta consciencia.
Cáncer, hernias, desencarnaciones, separaciones… y eso sólo en mi familia cercana.
Cada día del año me repetí: desapego y aceptación. Desapego y aceptación. No queda otra.
Por supuesto hubieron días que lo llevé mejor que otros. Lloré como nunca. Me rompí cien veces.
Pero aquí está la cuestión: no nos duele porque si ni nos rompemos sin razón… NOS ROMPEMOS PARA EXPANDIRNOS.
Igual que pasa con los músculos que cada vez que entrenamos se rompen un poco para crecer más grandes y fuertes. Exactamente igual.
Me rompo porque hay apego. Duele porque hay apego. Sin apego, no hay dolor.
También soy humana y, en mi caso, intensamente emocional. Experimento también desde ese lugar.
Hay una diferencia enorme entre percibir estas situaciones desde la mentalidad de la víctima o la creadora.
Pude verme y distinguir cómo actuaba y me sentía cuando operaba desde una o la otra. Lo cambia todo.
Se dispararon heridas de la infancia que pensé que ya no tenía. El dolor de una niña que no quiere perder a su mamá ni a su papá. Heridas de soledad, miedos y memorias ancestrales que arrastro del genocidio Armenio.
Un convo maravilloso de alegría y felicidad 🌈
Y dentro de todo ese dolor, lo que lo cambió todo es vivirlo desde la consciencia más expandida posible en cada momento. No soy víctima de nada, soy la creadora de todo.
No me pasa a mi, pasa para mi. Cada desapego forzado me libera y expande.
No digo que sea fácil. Digo que es necesario.
2026 es una año 1 (2+0+2+6=10=1). Año de nuevos comienzos. Año de plantar.
También será el año del caballo. Con fuérzanos, determinación, aventura, paso firme.

Hiii beautiful fam! ❤️ It didn’t seem like we would, but we made it.
By now you’ve probably read or heard several times that 2025 was not only a year 9 (2+0+2+5=9), but also the Year of the Snake.
Nine contains all numbers and represents the closing of cycles.
Snake years are characterized by change, change, change. Shedding skin, relationships, jobs, houses, projects, countries… There’s no way around it. We let go, or we are let go.
With this combination we already knew the year would be intense, but I don’t think anyone predicted this level of intensity.
Everything fell apart. A forced detachment from everything that is no longer aligned with what’s coming.
Not only relationships, jobs or homes collapsed — the body also manifested to expel the energetic and emotional blockages stored for years, sometimes lifetimes.
Many disincarnations and many symptoms (wrongly called illnesses).
Our bodies are also going through a process of upgrading and subtle shifting, and they can no longer handle the heavy weight of our unresolved conflicts, unspoken words, unexpressed emotions, and toxic bonds.
For me personally, this has been the most challenging year since I’ve had this level of awareness.
Cancer, hernias, deaths, separations… and that’s just within my close family.
Every single day of the year I was telling myself: detachment and acceptance. Detachment and acceptance. There’s nothing else.
Of course, some days I handled it better than others. I cried A LOT. I broke a hundred times.
But here’s the thing: we don’t hurt for no reason, and we don’t break for no reason… WE BREAK TO EXPAND.
Just like muscles, that tear a little every time we train so they can grow bigger and stronger. Exactly the same.
I break because there is attachment. It hurts because there is attachment. Without attachment, there is no pain.
I’m also human, and, in my case, extremely emotional. I experience life from that place too.
There is a huge difference between perceiving these situations from the victim versus the creator mentality.
I was able to witness myself and distinguish how I acted and felt depending on which one I was operating from. It changes everything.
Childhood wounds I thought were healed resurfaced. The pain of a little girl who doesn’t want to lose her mom or dad. Wounds of loneliness, fears, and ancestral memories I carry from the Armenian Genocide.
A wonderful convo of joy and happiness 🌈
And within all that pain, what changed everything was living it from the most expanded consciousness possible in each moment. I’m not a victim of anything; I am the creator of everything.
It doesn’t happen to me, it happens for me. Every forced detachment frees and expands me.
I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m saying it’s necessary.
2026 is a year 1 (2+0+2+6 = 10 = 1). A year of new beginnings. A year for planting.
It will also be the Year of the Horse: strength, determination, adventure, and steady steps.
