Estos últimos días del año, o comienzos de 2026 -dependiendo de cuando leas esto-, son ideales para cerrar ciclos y etapas conscientemente.
Se movió mucho todo y hay que empezar ligeros y con la casa en orden.
Hoy quiero compartirte tips, recomendaciones y un ritual para asistirte en estos procesos.
El ritual lo compartí en mi ✨nuevo mailing✨, una nueva lista de emails -diferente a este newsletter- donde envío tips, lecturas energéticas de cada momento, actualizaciones e información sobre mis eventos y formaciones.

2026 viene CARGADO de expansion.
Antes del ritual, quiero compartirte recomendaciones para estos días.
Partimos de la base de que todo es energía y todo lo que está en nuestra vida / entorno / hogares ocupa lugar.
- Abre tu armario: Todo lo que no hayas utilizado los últimos dos años, toda prenda que hayas utilizado mucho y tenga mucha energía de pesadez arraigada y todo lo que guardas “por las dudas” 👉🏽 Dónalo, tíralo, véndelo o regálalo. No te lleves nada de eso al nuevo año.
- Ordena tu mesa / oficina: Si trabajas desde casa como yo, tira papeles viejos, cierra el año, resuelve asuntos que arrastras, ordena la mesa, limpia tus espacios. Física y energéticamente.

- Haz la llamada, envía el mensaje o da la noticia que llevas meses posponiendo.
- Tira / dona / regala / vende cosas que ya no son útiles (o nunca lo fueron). Cajones de cables, muebles que ya no se utilizan, instrumentos que ya no tocas, vajilla rota. Todo eso es energía estancada. Hay que moverla y darle espacio a lo nuevo.
- Todo lo que guardas “por las dudas” es un mensaje y posicionamiento energético frente al Universo y le estás diciendo que te va a faltar. Todo lo que no hayas utilizado los últimos años, FUERA.
- Puedes hacer una lista de tus momentos favoritos del año y tus momentos más duros. Agradece a ambos. Te han transformado.
- Arregla esa gotera, la pintura de la pared, la puerta rota . No arrastres esa energía de dejadez.
Vamos con el ritual que está teniendo feedbacks maravillosos:
Enciende una vela (blanca o dorada).
Mano en el corazón e inspira profundo tres veces
Visualiza la conexión de tu cuerpo físico con tu Yo Superior y tu Divina Presencia YO SOY (esa parte del alma más cercana a la Fuente / Dios). Puedes visualizarlo como un tubo de Luz Blanca que se va conectando. También visualiza la conexión al corazón de la Tierra.
Cuando sientas la conexión, con la mano en el corazón, decreta lo siguiente:
Honro el ciclo que termina. Me abro al ciclo que nace. Camino en coherencia con mi alma.
[Piensa y conectar con todo aquello que se termina y quieres cerrar: relaciones, trabajos, patrones, enfermedades, apegos etc]
Todo lo que no es mío, vuelve a su origen con amor.
Retiro mi poder de cualquier lugar donde lo dejé por miedo, culpa o costumbre. Lo traigo de vuelta a mí, íntegro y liberado.
Acepto solo la guía que resuena con mi alma. Todo lo demás se disuelve.
Nada que no sea auténtico cruza mi campo. Nada que no sea mío me gobierna.
Desprogramo todo patrón heredado que ya no sostiene mi expansión. Libero. Actualizo. Renazco.
Esta intención no nace del miedo, sino de la verdad de mi alma.
Cierro los patrones de control. A partir de hoy, confío.
Integro este proceso en todos mis cuerpos y líneas de tiempo.
Honro y agradezco mi Guía Divina.
Mi campo se ordena en coherencia.
Deja la vela encendida el tiempo que puedas
Puedes repetir los decretos cuantas veces quieras. Puedes escribirlos, decirlos frente al espejo o cantarlos.
Este ritual es un reset solar del solsticio / fin de año.
¡Que lo disfrutes! Y si quieres, compárteme cómo te has sentido al hacerlo.
Estas primeras semanas de enero también traen consigo una alineación energética extraordinaria.
Los días 10 y 11 forman [ 10.01.10 (2+0+2+6) y 11.01.10] una secuencia y alineación energética maravillosa para aprovechar.
Por eso ofreceré una iniciación a los Registros Akáshicos ese fin de semana, una formación que puede transformar tu vida completamente.

These last days of the year, or firsts of 2026 -depending on when you’re reading this- are ideal for consciously closing cycles and chapters.
A lot went down, and it’s important to have a clean slate with the house in order.
Today I want to share tips, recommendations, and a ritual to support you through these processes.
I shared the ritual in my ✨new mailing✨, a new email list -different from this newsletter- where I send tips, energetic readings, updates, and information about my events and trainings.

2026 comes FULL of expansion.
Before the ritual, I want to share some recommendations for these days.
As an underline, we understand that everything is energy, and everything in our lives / environment / homes takes up space. With that in mind:
- Check in your closet: Everything you haven’t used in the last two years, every item of clothing you’ve worn a lot that carries heavy, dense energy, and everything you keep “just in case” 👉🏽 Donate it, throw it away, sell it, or give it away. Do not take any of that into the new year.
- Organize your desk / office: If you work from home like I do, throw away old papers, close out the year, resolve lingering matters, tidy your desk, and cleanse your spaces, physically and energetically.
[Here’s a guide for energetic space cleansing]
- Make the call, send the message, or share the news you’ve been postponing for months.
- Throw away / donate / give away / sell things that are no longer useful (or never were). Drawers full of cables, furniture you no longer use, instruments you don’t play anymore, broken dishes. All of that is stagnant energy. It needs to move to make room for the new.
- Everything you keep “just in case” is an energetic message and positioning toward the Universe: you’re telling it that you’ll be lacking. Anything you haven’t used in recent years: OUT.
- You can make a list of your favorite moments of the year and your toughest ones. Thank both. They transformed you.
- Fix that leak, the peeling paint, the broken door. Don’t carry that energy of neglect into the new cycle.
Now let’s move on to the ritual that’s been receiving wonderful feedback:
Light a candle (white or gold).
Place your hand on your heart and take three deep breaths.
Visualize the connection between your physical body, your Higher Self, and your Divine Presence I AM (the aspect of your soul closest to Source / God). You may picture it as a White tube of Light connecting upward. Also visualize your connection to the heart of the Earth.
When you feel the connection, with your hand on your heart, decree the following:
I honor the cycle that ends. I am open to the cycle that is born. I walk in coherence with my soul.
[Think about and connect with everything that is coming to an end and that you want to close: relationships, jobs, patterns, illnesses, attachments, etc.]
Everything that is not mine returns to its origin with love.
I reclaim my power from any place where I left it out of fear, guilt, or habit. I bring it back to me, whole and liberated.
I accept only the guidance that resonates with my soul. Everything else dissolves.
Nothing that is not authentic enters my field. Nothing that is not mine governs me.
I deprogram every inherited pattern that no longer supports my expansion. I release. I update. I rebirth.
This intention is not born from fear, but from the truth of my soul.
I close the patterns of control. From today on, I trust.
I integrate this process across all my bodies and timelines.
I honor and give thanks for my Divine Guidance.
My field aligns in coherence.
Leave the candle lit for as long as you can.
You may repeat the decrees as many times as you wish. You can write them, say them in front of the mirror, or sing them.
This ritual is a solar reset for the solstice / end of the year.
